Meta Dance was founded by Ruslan Sprague, along with Danielle Troyano.

We wanted to create something that we have wished existed more often for dancers- a safe place to make art, collaborate, and enjoy the process. After all, art should bring joy, right? That’s our goal here

We started Meta Dance in 2025, and we’re so grateful to be heading into our second residency at Berkshire Pulse again this year! Having the opportunity to return and continue creating in a beautiful environment with other professional dancers is such a gift.

This year, we have 6 incredible dancers for two weeks, at the end of which we will finish with an in-studio showing.  (Also available via Zoom)
